What pairs well with our feisty Hot Peri Peri marinade? We say chicken (then again, we would). Truth is, this Nandos marinade goes well with almost anything - meat, fish or vegetables - especially on the bbq. To get the most from the marinade, splash at least half the bottle per 500g of meat and marinate overnight in an airtight container to add flavour, zest and a generous dash of heat to any meal.

How to use:
Let your favourite chicken, fish, beef and lamb absorb the flavour and heat of
our Marinades in a dish for at least 15 minutes prior to cooking, or for best
results, marinade overnight.
Then BBQ, baste, grill or stir-fry to your heart's content.
Usage instructions.
Do not pour used marinade back into bottle. Shake well before use.
Serving suggestions.
Delicious as a marinade and baste for BBQ and grilling, or as a stir-fry sauce for chicken, meat or fish

We always have ours with chicken, because we like chicken for some reason, but it goes just as well with any meat, fish or vegetable. When you cook, barbecue or grill, keep brushing the sauce onto the meat. Feeling cheeky? Add this sauce to a stir-fry and let it simmer for some flavours!
