What pairs well with our well-loved Medium Peri Peri marinade? We say chicken (then again, we would). Truth is, this Nandos marinade goes well with almost anything - meat, fish or vegetables - especially on the bbq. To get the most from the marinade, splash at least half the bottle per 500g of meat and marinate overnight in an airtight container to add flavour, zest and a gentle dash of heat to any meal.

Serving Suggestion
Let your favourite chicken, fish, beef or lamb absorb the flavour and heat of our marinades in a dish for at least 15 min prior to cooking. For best results, marinade overnight then barbeque, baste, grill or stir-fry to your heart's content.
Do not pour used marinade back into bottle.
Shake well before use.

Usage Instructions
To get the most from this marinade, use at least half the bottle per 500g of meat and marinate overnight in an airtight container. We always have ours with chicken, because we like chicken for some reason, but it goes just as well with any meat, fish or vegetable. When you cook, barbecue or grill, keep brushing the sauce onto the meat. Feeling cheeky? Add this sauce to a stir-fry and let it simmer for some flavour!
