Serves 4 Amigos

Just add
500g chicken fillet, thinly sliced
1 cup sweet corn, fresh or frozen
1 onion, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
Crispy lettuce

1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sizzle the chicken over high heat for 5 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
Add the onion, pepper, corn and seasoning mix and sizzle for a further 5 minutes.
2 Heat the tortillas:
Microwave: Pierce the pack and place it in the microwave. Heat for 35 seconds on full power (800 watts).
Open the pack and separate tortillas.
Pan - Heat a pan and toast the tortillas for 5 seconds on both sides.
Wrap in a tea towel to steam.
3 Load the tortillas with lettuce, charred chicken, onion, pepper, corn, tomatoes and saucy salsa. Simply roll and enjoy!

Top Tip
Add a twist to your fajitas by adding chopped avocado and fresh coriander.
