Cooking Instructions - General. To warm - Remove from the bag and either:
Top Tip: Hold a single tortilla with a pair of tongs over the gas flame on your hob for a couple of seconds on each side.
Warning: Use the tongs so you don't burn your fingers! Do not walk away for the risk of fire!; Grill - From Ambient. Place on a hot, under the grill for 6 seconds each side.; Microwave - From Ambient. Microwave at full power (650W) each tortilla for 8 seconds or all together for 45 seconds.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Wrap the tortillas in foil and place in a preheated oven at 180ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4 for 10 minutes.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Place on a hot, dry frying pan for 6 seconds each side.

Fajitas
Serves 4
500g boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
2 tbsps oil
1 sachet Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning Mix
1 onion, sliced
1 green and 1 red pepper, sliced
1 pack Santa Maria Plain Flour Soft Tortillas
To serve: Santa Maria Salsa, Soured Cream Topping, Guacamole Style Topping and Sliced Jalapeños
Coat chicken in oil and seasoning mix. Heat a heavy based frying pan until very hot and add chicken. Fry for about 3 minutes until well browned. Add onion and peppers and cook for a further 2 minutes or until the meat is cooked. Serve with warm tortillas, soured cream, guacamole and jalapeños, roll up and enjoy!
Tip: use less seasoning mix for a milder flavour
