Opis

Pinkies out, bone China cups and saucers, silk neck scarf and snorty laugh at the ready - this is the poshest tea around. Darjeeling tea without milk has a unique, clean, refreshing taste. Traditionally drunk in the afternoon it tastes equally good early morning from a chipped mug.

Our tea temples:
We use whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular tea bags; whole leaf is best. A tea worthy of worship belongs in a biodegradable "tea temple" - our spacious, transparent bag allowing maximum room for perfect infusion.

Preparation and Usage

How we like it:
Hot. One tea temple per person, infused in 80c water (If you don't have a fancy kettle or thermometer to hand, grabbing the kettle just before it boils will do the trick). We like it without milk.

Iced. Just cover one tea temple with 80c water and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove temple and top-up glass with iced water. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
