Warm Quinoa Salad with Fish
Preparation Time: 10 minutes, Cooking Time 25 minutes, Serves 4
Pre-heat oven: 180°C / Gas mark 4. Spread out 2 sticks chopped celery, 1 chopped onion, 100g halved cherry tomatoes, 2 crushed garlic cloves, season and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 10-15 minutes. Heat Tilda Brown Basmati & Quinoa pouch and tumble with the roasted vegetable mix, 1 lemon zest and handful chopped dill. Serve with cooked seasoned fish of your choice.
