The dark chocolate bar with organic salted whole pistachios is the real gem of the new Vanini's range. This bar combines the sweet and amiable notes of Ugandan monorigine chocolate with the salty shades of whole pistachios. The special combination of flavours makes the bar tasty and really for those who look a rich and uncommon taste.

Cocoa from Uganda Fairness, Transparency and Respect

In 2010 we established Icam Chocolate Uganda Ltd in Bundibugyo. Here we built a cocoa harvesting centre where we help farmers to learn how to produce better quality cocoa, increase their harvest and make their land more profitable. We do this for the benefit of the local community and in harmony with nature.

The range of organic tablets signed by Vanini was born from a long research work, and is composed of balanced recipes both in taste and in consistency.
Their composition, strictly biological, is not subjected to chemical processes, contains no additives, dyes or artificial aromas: they are delicious because they are skilfully made by combining sweet notes with salty shades, an amiable and round chocolate with Crispy inclusions and with a strong taste.
These unique recipes, in addition to the Ugandan Monorigine cocoa, include the use of an excellent cocoa butter and carefully selected organic ingredients: whole hazelnuts, toasted almonds and the traditional and tasty salted pistachio.
