Cooking Info
Hob. Time: SIMMER 5 mins. Allow approximately 85g dry pasta per 175g cooked serving. Bring plenty of water to the boil. Add a pinch of salt if desired. For a perfect al dente pasta simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. The cooked pasta will be paler in colour. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce. Pasta absorbs water when cooked. 85g of uncooked pasta weighs 175g when cooked. Nutrition per serving is based on cooked weight.
